How can I have an appointment for my CampusFrance interview?
- Register on the CampusFrance website (create your account)
- Fill out and confirm (validate) the “CampusFrance form” and “My procedures” sections online
- Send your paper application (supporting documents) to your CampusFrance advisor
- Schedule your appointment for the CampusFrance interview
How to do that:
From your account, at your left, click on “My file” and click on the option allows you to book an appointment for your CampusFrance interview below the page and choose a spot available.
You must schedule your interview with the CEF/CampusFrance location where you already sent your paper application.
Edit and print your notification
Do not forget to present yourself at your interview with an ID and all originals supporting documents you have declared on your application.

NOTE: The CampusFrance interview is mandatory before to apply for the visa if you already have a pre- registration.
It is also mandatory in the frame of application for a pre-registration in a connected institution in France. The application form without CampusFrance interview won’t be seen on the platform by connected institutions.
